Chocolate Berry-Cherry Smoothie
1c of Non-Dairy Milk
1 Organic Banana
1/2c of Organic Blueberries
1/2c of Organic Frozen Cherries 🍒
1-2 Scoop(s) of Chocolate Protein Powder (I like Orgain and Garden of Life)
1/2c of Ice
Optional Add-ins:
1 tbsp of Ground Golden Flaxseeds (Bob’s)
1c of Baby Spinach (or Leafy Green of Choice)
Optional Topping:
1/4c of Old Fashioned Whole Grain Rolled Oats (Bob’s)
heat up 1 tsp of maple syrup in a saute pan, add oats and
1 tsp of Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
1/4 tsp of Organic Ground Cloves
1/4 tsp of Organic Ginger Powder
or preferred spices
and let toast for ~5 min while prepping smoothie
